If your groups needs more volunteers, this is a perfect opportunity. Hundreds of mostly-local visitors will be browsing the Expo looking for a way to offer their time to an activity that “fits” for them.

Bring along display material for your table, have 2 of your team ready to chat with visitors, and we will provide a “Sign-up sheet” for collecting details of people who decide they want to learn more about your volunteer roles on offer.

Exhibitors must be nonprofit organisations, and not request any financial donations from Visitors, or offer items for sale to our Visitors.

Your group will get a stand at the main Netball Court area for the day which includes:

  • A table & table cloth

  • 2 chairs

  • A display partition behind the table

  • Your own branded partition sign supplied by the Expo
